On April 14, 2018, DART Sports in cooperation with Azhar & Azhar Law Firm conducted a symposium entitled “Sports and Social Justice – A National Conversation.” The events started with a basketball clinic for the youth followed by a 3-point competition. The next day was the symposium where the media came to report on the event. The event featured panels and Q&A sessions where NBA trailblazers Craig Hodges and Mahmoud Abdul Rauf spoke, as well as community leaders such as Mustafa Carroll, and academics including Tim Wise and Dr. Marc Ellis.

DART Sports continues to support DMRC’s annual “Run for Refugees” which benefits refugees in the DFW area who are seeking help from the social services organization Ma’ruf Dallas.
In 2023, Joshua Wilcox invited DART Sports to be a part of an exciting opportunity to start a fitness club in Pilot Point, TX. As the primary investor in Wilcox Fitness, DART Sports has been able to expand its reach and brand, but most importantly, advance the concept of “Brotherhood Through Sports.” Wilcox Fitness holds sports workshops, large group training and private training.
